Good Ole USA
HOME after most wonderful trip, full, full, full -- beauty, history, dynamic, electric Istanbul, savory food and axing level of compatibility among fellow seasoned travelers.
It is 3:23 a.m., sipping a scotch as it is quite daytime for my body, savoring the incredible slide show in my head.

Trip is soooooo beautiful - warm weather, some heavy seas that Iove and leave Sat. for Turkey. I have pinched myself sore it is all so perfect.

Where in the world is she now?
If you looked at your Caring Bridge connection lately, you know Laura moved to this blog for her current trip.
And, she did post the pictures of the Acropolis while in Athens.
She then jumped on a sailboat (sail yacht, I guess) and we have not heard from her. My guess is that the sailboat either a) doesn't have wifi or b) its too expensive for her tastes. I do believe she hits the ground again this Saturday and perhaps we'll get a posting from her then.
