Isle sur Sorgue is a most sweet village to "park" for while. All typical Provence you might say, but not really. Yes, this is a town that attracts the likes of me (a tourist), BUT it is not full of the likes of me, a treat in itself, AND it is a working small town. No malls, strip or otherwise. No franchises. Winding around the countryside on very narrow roads bordered by soothing greenery or soft-hued fields or fields of poppies is ultimately stress-reducing!
The town square is reflected in a home decorating store window.
